Yes. The plan is month-to-month. You can subscribe for a single month, run your sale, then cancel — and re-subscribe whenever you need it again. Your rules stay saved between subscriptions, so you can reactivate them with one click instead of rebuilding.

Discounts stop applying at checkout the moment your subscription ends. Your rule definitions stay saved in the app so you can pick up where you left off, but they won't run on your store until you re-subscribe and toggle them back on.

No. Shopify only grants the 7-day free trial once per store. If you re-subscribe later, you'll be charged the plan price immediately.

Yes. Upgrade or downgrade anytime from the plans page. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades lock Growth-only features but leave your existing rules intact.

Your existing rules stay intact, but Growth-only features — Product Option targeting, Sale % and variant metafield conditions, rule cloning, and CSV export — will be locked. If you have more than 6 active rules, you'll need to deactivate some to stay within the Starter limit.

On day 8, you'll be charged the plan price. Cancel anytime before then and you won't be charged.

The app uses Shopify Functions, which run natively inside Shopify's checkout. There's no third-party redirect or workaround — discounts apply the same way as any native Shopify discount, with full compatibility with Shopify's discount stack, gift cards, and Markets currency conversion.

Shopify caps each discount at 100 lines, where a fully-selected product counts as 1 line and a partially-selected product counts as N variants. Snax Variant Discounts maximizes this for you: when every variant of a product is selected, it groups them as a single product line. A live counter shows where you stand as you build the rule.

Automatic discounts apply to every eligible cart without the customer needing to enter anything. Code-based discounts require a code at checkout. You choose which type when creating a rule.

Each rule includes a Combines With setting. You can allow it to stack with order discounts, other product discounts, or shipping discounts — or restrict it to apply alone.

Each active rule creates a matching native Shopify discount in your Discounts list. The Shopify entry is managed entirely from inside the app — don't edit it directly in Shopify.

Each active rule you create — Amount Off, Buy X Get Y, or Free Shipping — counts toward your plan limit. Only active rules count; toggling a rule off frees up that slot.

Yes. Because the app runs through Shopify Functions, discounts respect Markets currency conversion and regional pricing automatically.

Uninstalling deletes all your saved rules and data immediately and permanently — there is no recovery window. If you plan to use the app again later, cancel your subscription instead of uninstalling. Cancelling stops discounts from running but keeps your rule configurations intact.
